Terms & Conditions – Prosper with 888 DePoints 
Campaign Period: 1 February - 28 February 2026 

1. Eligibility
- This campaign is open to all DeCard users who add USD 100 or an equivalent amount in SGD to their DeCard via the Polygon network during the campaign period.
- The campaign is assessed in USD, and eligibility will be determined based on the USD equivalent value at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.
- New & existing DeCard and DeCard Luminaries users must have a verified DeCard account and opt in for this campaign through our Tally form. (Submissions with incorrect or invalid UIDs will be deemed ineligible.)
- Employees of DeCard, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible.

2. Campaign Mechanics
- Users must add at least $100 to their card in a single transaction via the Polygon network during the campaign period to qualify. (Accumulated amounts do not count.)
- The reward is limited to one per user during the campaign period.

3. Reward Fulfillment
- Eligible users will receive 888 DePoints credited to their DeCard account within 7 business days of the successful transaction.
- DePoints can be redeemed for exclusive rewards.
- Conversion rate: $1 = 1 DePoint.

4. General Rules & Restrictions
- DeCard reserves the right to withhold, cancel or clawback rewards in cases of failed or reversed transactions, suspected misuse or policy violations.
- Fraudulent, unauthorized, or otherwise ineligible transactions will be disqualified.
- Only successful transactions via the Polygon network during the campaign period are eligible.

5. Additional Terms
- DeCard may, at its sole discretion, verify the eligibility of any participant and disqualify any participant who does not comply with these terms.
- Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
- Any disputes will be resolved at the sole discretion of DeCard.
- Additional fees, exchange rates, or network charges may apply depending on the user’s payment provider or platform.
- This promotion may not be available in certain jurisdictions due to regulatory restrictions.

6. Legal & Compliance
- DeCard shall not be liable for any technical failures, errors, or delays in processing transactions or crediting DePoints.
- Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable local regulations regarding the use of the Polygon network.
- DeCard reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
