Campaign Period: 1 March 2026  - 30 April 2026

1. Eligibility

• This campaign is open to all DeCard users who spend a cumulative total of US$50 (or an equivalent amount in SGD) on ride-hailing services using their DeCard during the campaign period.
• The campaign is assessed in USD, and eligibility will be determined based on the USD equivalent value at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.
• New & existing DeCard and DeCard Luminaries users must have a verified DeCard account and opt in for this campaign through our Tally form. (Submissions with incorrect or invalid UIDs will be deemed ineligible.)

2. Campaign Mechanics

• The reward is limited to the first 1,000 eligible users who complete a qualifying transaction during the campaign period.
• Users must set DeCard as their primary payment method for ride-hailing services.
• Ride-hailing services include private-hire vehicle (PHV), taxi-hailing, ride-sharing services, and on-demand boat/ferry services when booked through Supported Platforms.
• Supported Platforms: Eligible transactions include rides booked via Grab, Gojek, TADA, Ryde, CDG Zig, airasia ride, Maxim, inDrive, Bolt, Line Man, JoyRide, Angkas, Move It, OWTO, Xanh SM, Be, Uber, DiDi, Ola, 13cabs, GO, S.RIDE, Kakao T, Tada, IM Taxi, LINE Taxi, yoxi, and all other globally recognized ride-hailing applications.
• Cash payments to drivers will not qualify for the US$10 cashback.
• To qualify for the cashback:
  • A minimum of three (3) eligible transactions must be completed within 30 days of the first transaction, or before the campaign ends, whichever occurs earlier.
  • A minimum spend of US$5 per ride is required. This threshold is cumulative; multiple smaller will count toward the US$50 total.
  • The total cumulative spending across all eligible rides must be US$50 or more.
  • All rides must be paid using DeCard.
  • The reward is limited to one qualified user during the campaign period.
  • If a participant reaches US$50 or more in fewer than three (3) transactions, the participant must still complete at least three (3) eligible rides to qualify.
  • If a participant completes three (3) or more eligible rides but does not reach the minimum cumulative spend of US$50, the participant must continue making additional eligible rides until the total spending requirement of US$50 or more is met.
  • Both the minimum transaction count and the minimum cumulative spend must be satisfied to qualify.

3. Reward Fulfillment

• Rewards will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis to the first 1,000 users.
• Eligible users will receive a US$10 added to their DeCard account within 7 business days of the successful transaction.
• Cash rewards will be credited directly to the user’s account.

4. General Rules & Restrictions

• Public Transport Exclusion: For clarity, transactions for public or mass transit services are strictly excluded. This includes, but is not limited to: Bus fares, MRT/Metro/Subway, Light Rail (LRT), High-Speed Rail (HSR). Scheduled boat/ferry operated as part of a public transport network are also excluded.
• In-App Service Exclusion: Transactions for non-transportation services within the Supported Platform (e.g., GrabFood, UberEats, foodpanda, GrabMart, GrabExpress, or courier/delivery services) are strictly excluded from the spending threshold.
• Payment Type Exclusion: "In-car" cash payments, street-hails, or top-ups to third-party digital wallets (e.g., topping up a GrabPay balance) are ineligible. Only direct card transactions via the Supported Platforms qualify.
• DeCard reserves the right to withhold, cancel or clawback rewards in cases of failed or reversed transactions, suspected misuse or policy violations.
• Fraudulent, unauthorized, or otherwise ineligible transactions will be disqualified.
• Only successful transactions via the Supported Platforms during the campaign period are eligible.

5. Additional Terms

• DeCard may, at its sole discretion, verify the eligibility of any participant and disqualify any participant who does not comply with these terms.
• Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
• Any disputes will be resolved at the sole discretion of DeCard.
• Additional fees, exchange rates, or network charges may apply depending on the user’s payment provider or platform.
• This promotion may not be available in certain jurisdictions due to regulatory restrictions.
• Please refer to Section 9 for the full list of transactions that are not eligible for any form of cashback or rewards.

6. Legal & Compliance

• DeCard shall not be liable for any technical failures, errors, or delays in processing transactions or crediting rewards.
• Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable local regulations regarding digital asset payments.
• DeCard reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
