Terms & Conditions – Scan-and-Pay Campaign
Campaign Period: 1 March - 31 March 2026

1. Eligibility

• This campaign is open to all DeCard users who complete a Scan-and-Pay transaction of at least US$10 (or equivalent in local currency) in the following supported regions: Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, Korea, Laos, Malaysia, Mongolia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam.
• Eligibility is assessed in USD. The USD equivalent value will be determined based on the prevailing exchange rate at the exact time of the transaction.
• New & existing DeCard and DeCard Luminaries users must have a verified DeCard account and opt in for this campaign through our Tally form. (Submissions with incorrect or invalid UIDs will be deemed ineligible.)

2. Campaign Mechanics

• The reward is limited to the first 500 eligible users who complete a qualifying transaction during the campaign period.
• To qualify, users must spend at least US$10 on a single transaction using the Scan-and-Pay QR feature in the DeCard app during the campaign period. Accumulated amounts do not count.
• The reward is a fixed US$2 credit, regardless of the total transaction amount above the US$10 threshold.
• The reward is limited to one (1) per user and applies only to the first qualifying transaction of US$10 or more made during the campaign period. Subsequent transactions are not eligible for additional rewards.

3. Reward Fulfillment

• Rewards will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis to the first 500 users.
• Eligible users will receive a US$2 added to their DeCard account within 7 business days of the successful transaction.
• Cash rewards will be credited directly to the user’s account.

4. General Rules & Restrictions

• DeCard reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or clawback rewards in cases of failed or reversed transactions, suspected misuse, or policy violations.
• Fraudulent, unauthorized, or otherwise ineligible transactions (including merchant-side refunds) will be disqualified.
• Only successful transactions processed via the DeCard Scan-and-Pay feature during the campaign period are eligible.

5. Additional Terms

• DeCard may, at its sole discretion, verify the eligibility of any participant and disqualify any participant who does not comply with these terms.
• Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
• Any disputes will be resolved at the sole discretion of DeCard.
• Additional fees, exchange rates, or network charges may apply depending on the QR code payment network in specific countries or the user’s payment provider.
• This promotion may not be available in certain jurisdictions due to local regulatory restrictions or network infrastructure.
• Please refer to Section 9 for the full list of transactions that are not eligible for any form of cashback or rewards.

6. Legal & Compliance

• DeCard shall not be liable for any technical failures, errors, or delays in processing transactions or crediting rewards.
• Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable local regulations regarding digital asset payments.
• DeCard reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
