1. Eligibility
- This promotion is open to new and existing DeCard or DeCard Luminaries users who complete transactions using their DeCard account during the campaign period.
- Users must have a verified DeCard account to qualify and opt in for this campaign through our form. (Submissions with incorrect or invalid UIDs will be deemed ineligible.)
- Employees of DeCard, its affiliates, and family members are not eligible.

2. Campaign Mechanics
- Users must complete 26 transactions during the campaign period to qualify for the grand prize.
- Transactions made via credit card payment and Scan-and-Pay are eligible for this promotion.
SURE-WIN Rewards per tier:
 - Tier 1 - 5th transaction: S$10 cash
 - Tier 2 - 15th transaction: S$10 cash
 - Tier 3 - 26th transaction: Redeem 100% rebate on e-commerce transaction* & 1x chance for grand prize
- A minimum spend of S$5 per transaction is required.
*Eligible e-commerce platforms include Amazon, Lazada, Shopee, and Taobao. Rebate is capped at S$20 per transaction using a DeCard.
*The highest-value eligible e-commerce transaction made during the campaign period will be selected for the 100% rebate (capped at S$20).
- Grand Prize: 1 lucky winner will receive S$2,026 (Singapore Dollars), credited into their account within 7-14 business days.

3. Reward Fulfillment
- SURE-WIN rewards will be credited to users’ DeCard accounts within 1–7 business days after completing each tier.
- A minimum spend of S$5 per transaction is required.
- Grand prize winner will be randomly selected from users who complete all 3 tiers and announced within 7-14 business days after the campaign ends.
- Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash, except for cash rewards specified.
- Any reversal or failed transactions may result in loss of eligibility.

4. General Rules & Restrictions
- Only valid transactions using DeCard count towards tier completion.
- Transactions completed via fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity will not be considered.
- Limit one SURE-WIN reward per tier per user/account/device.
- DeCard reserves the right to withhold, cancel or clawback rewards in cases of suspected misuse or policy violations.

5. Additional Terms
- Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these T&Cs.
- DeCard’s decisions regarding eligibility, reward issuance, and campaign interpretation are final.
- Additional fees, exchange rates, or network charges may apply depending on the user’s payment provider or platform.
- This promotion may not be available in certain jurisdictions due to regulatory restrictions.

6. Legal & Compliance
- Users are responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with local laws.
- DeCard reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
